CLASS RULES & POLICIES

BEHAVIORIAL POLICY:

Respectful and safe behavior is expected at all times at WTA. Unacceptable behavior such as; disrespect for others and myself, pushing, hitting, line cutting, not staying on task and bad language will not be permitted.

**Students who are continually disruptive and distracting to other children in class will not be allowed back in class for the remainder of the month or until he/she can abide by the rules and act appropriately.

MONTHLY TUITION:

$65/per month (parent portal, check, cash, Venmo or Paypal)

$25 Annual registration fee for NEW participants
If you pay in cash, please attach your child's name to payment.
Students that are not current by the 2ndmeeting of class that month will result in the student being dropped from the class.
New students entering the program after the 1st class will have their monthly tuition prorated that month.
Tuition is paid on a monthly basis. The only time “drop in” payment will be accepted are for Open Gyms or under
“special circumstances” (family friends coming in town wanting to tag along, etc.)--Must get with me prior to class that day to be approved!!

CLASS “MAKE-UP” POLICY:

Each child is allowed one Make-Up Class per month. Make-ups are only given if you let me know PRIOR to the missed class. If there is no class availability that month for their missed class, you can use it as your FREE pass to WINK Open Gyms.

“Make-up Days/OPEN GYMS” are the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from 4:30-6:00.

You must email: info@winktumble.com or text (662) 801-4080 to secure your spot of which “Make-Up” Day they will be attending.

ENTERING and EXITING:

Students will enter through the front door of the studio and place their belongings in their cubby prior to the start of class. Please have them wait in the Lobby until I or one of the other Instructors opens the door and dismisses the class prior to theirs. Once class is dismissed, students will collect their belongings and exit through the front door.

PROPER ATTIRE:

All students must keep hair securely pulled back and out of their face. A leotard or a tight fitting shirt and shorts is best for girls. Stretch shorts/ sport shorts and t-shirt for boys. Jewelry is not permitted. Students will be asked to remove all jewelry prior to class time.

FOOD and DRINKS:

Food and drinks will NOT be allowed anywhere inside the double doors of my tumbling studio. Your child may bring a drink with him/her to class and place it in their designated cubby prior to the start of class. They may access their drink during water breaks only.

LOST and FOUND:

All items that are found in the gym will be placed in my lost and found bin and held for 2 weeks---After this period the items will be donated to Good Will.Wink Tumbling Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

**Please remember for liability reasons parent and siblings are not allowed on the mats in the gym area. Viewing is permitted in designated areas only. Please keep all non-participating siblings with a parent or guardian at all times. Space is very limited and it is very important to me that you and your child have a safe, fun and rewarding experience at my facility!
